INTERNATIONAL SOUND CORPORATION ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION OF TELEVIEW RACING PATROL, INC.

BALTIMORE, MD. 01-07-11---International Sound Corporation today announced the acquisition of Teleview Racing Patrol, Inc., a Florida based company specializing in Broadcast Television Production, Photo Finish and Timing systems as well as other related services to the horse and greyhound racing industries for over 50 years.

International Sound Corporation is a full service provider of Broadcast Production Services and Simulcast Systems as well as Public Address, Security and Surveillance systems for the racing industry including OTB and OTW systems.

International Sound provides services to all three Triple Crown tracks (Churchill Downs, Pimlico Race Course and Belmont Park) plus more than 50 others including Del Mar, Saratoga and Monmouth Park.

Teleview Racing Patrol, Inc. provides similar services to nearly 50 tracks, including Gulfstream Park, Oaklawn Park and Penn National Gaming Inc. Properties.
